Anjali’s Story

Experienced, grounded, and deeply committed to children

Anjali Patel has spent more than two decades supporting children with patience, structure, and care.

Anjali Patel has spent more than 25 years working closely with children across different caregiving and educational settings in the Bay Area. Her background includes time as a school teacher, a hostel warden, and a daycare teacher, which gave her experience with both learning routines and day-to-day care.

Blooming Buds grew out of that experience and out of a simple belief: children do best when the environment feels steady, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Anjali values the small things that shape a child’s day, from transitions and conversation to how a space feels when they walk in.

As a mother of one, she also understands the parent side of childcare. Families are not just looking for supervision. They want someone reliable, approachable, and thoughtful with their child, and that is the kind of care she aims to offer every day.

Approach

How care is guided day to day

Blooming Buds is intentionally personal: clear routines, thoughtful communication, and a calm environment that supports learning and care side by side.

Our Mission

To offer dependable home-based care where children feel comfortable, families feel informed, and each day has a steady sense of rhythm.

Teaching Philosophy

Children learn best when they feel known, included, and gently guided. Blooming Buds keeps the routine calm, practical, and age-aware so learning and care can happen side by side.

Family Partnership

Parent communication is meant to feel straightforward and personal. Blooming Buds works best as a partnership, with shared expectations, honest updates, and a clear understanding of what a child needs.

Consistency

Children settle more easily when the day has a reliable rhythm and transitions are handled with care.

Respectful care

Each child brings a different personality and comfort level, and care should adjust thoughtfully to that.

Learning in everyday moments

Conversation, routines, play, and independence-building all contribute to how children grow across the day.

Clear family communication

Parents should feel comfortable asking questions and clear on what care looks like from one day to the next.
